Yoga Teacher
Rajat started his yoga learning journey in 2016 and received a one-year diploma in yoga and naturopathy in 2017.
He belongs to Uttarakhand and does yogic Karma work in the village itself from his childhood. That gives him stability during yoga education.
During the Yoga Yatra, Rajat learned Yoga twice from Yoga Vidya Guru Swami Ramdev. After that, he completed 200 hours of YTTC from Shri Praveen Guruji in the year 2019.
He has completed his graduation in Yoga from Uttarakhand Open University. During this entire time, he taught Yoga to international students in Rishikesh, south India and Nepal at Rishikul Yoga Shala. He is working in Triguna and Alakh yoga for 3 years. He is proficient in taking classes in traditional Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Pranayama and Naturopathy. Now he is pursuing higher education in Yoga and trying to learning more depth knowledge.
Deepa believes that spirituality cannot be described under various categories; instead, ‘spirituality’ should be perceived as anything that brings perfect harmony to your mind, body, and soul. And, hence, she aims at implementing the same principles in her training.

In her pursuit of spreading the knowledge and wellness of yoga to every corner of the world, she has conducted several yoga teacher trainings, meditation workshops, retreats, as well as drop-in classes in several national and international locations including Rishikesh, Kerala, Goa, and Nepal.
Deepa is also an avid traveler and nature lover. When she isn’t teaching, she likes going on nature walks and capturing the essence and beauty of her surroundings in photos.
An embodiment of peace and wisdom, her motherly instincts and intellectual self has made her extremely admirable to all her students. Deepa specializes in Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Pranayana Mantra Chanting, Philosophy, and Yogic Cooking.
Born in Kerala, he was unaware of his spiritual capabilities but was humanitarian by nature, he wanted to help people and took up Homeopathy at Kerala and practiced Naturopathy for three years. Later on, he started in yogic practice in the year 2006 and since then there is no turning back for him.
Religiously following the Indian Vedas and Upanishads, he received his education from at Shivananda Ashram from Swami Adyatamanandaji only to become more devoted. He carried his meditation practices for four years at multiple places as a Sanyasa-mendicant. He is currently living in Rishikesh to offer the magic of light he has learnt in his due course of practice.
A Malaysian by birth, residing and teaching in the foothills of the Himalayas, a traveling Yogi Shri Parveen is also a professionally trained classical dancer in both highly revered classical Indian dance of Odissi and Barathanatyam
Since 2002, Shri Parveenji has applied himself assiduously in mastering this ancient art of wellness beginning with the Shivanada Yoga tradition and later trained under his mentor, the late Yogini Karin O’Bannon in the Iyengar Yoga Tradition in Rishikesh. Over the years, his Yoga journey of Swadhyaya (Self-Study) has led him to intertwine the physical practice of Yoga with the gloss of spirituality. His teaching is highly influenced by the teachings of the great Yogi Shri Bagawan Ramana Maharishi and Shri Nisargadatta Maharaja. Shri Parveen perfectly blends the sublime with the dynamic in his teachings.
Parveen brings something unique to the Yoga mat as he takes you through the somatic understanding of body-mind integration and mindful alignment. His technique is based on embodied movements and integrated movement design comprises functional movement elements that when combined have an alchemical result in the practice and daily life. His idea is to bridge the values of Yoga into daily life.
